The Midwest Elite Baseball Club is excited to announce 4 personnel moves in the baseball operations department. The new members of the organization include Garen Wright (Director of Operations), Travis Brandenberger (Oklahoma HS Director), Alan Trayler (Director of Player Development) and Dylan Helms (Arkansas HS Director).
Garen Wright, a former OF with the Houston Astros organization, brings a wealth of baseball experience to the program. After retiring from baseball, Wright joined the University of Central Oklahoma's basketball team. Graduated from UCO with a degree in Health and Exercise Science.
Travis Brandenberger has been coaching high school baseball for 25 years. He is currently the Head Baseball Coach at Putnam City West HS in Oklahoma City, OK. Brandenberger is also the Executive Director for the Sunbelt Classic Baseball Series and also the Commissioner of the Big 10 Conference. Coach Brandenberger has served on various committees and showcase programs, evaluating baseball talent across the country.
Alan Trayler, currently an Assistant Coach at SEOSU, brings several years of coaching experience to the MWE program. Trayler has spent time on various college coaching staffs, including stops at Stephen F. Austin and Murray State University. Well regarded in the baseball community for his tremendous work ethic, Trayler will prove to be a valuable asset to the MWE program.
Dylan Helms is a former assistant coach at Seminole State College. Helms played at SEOSU and Seminole State. Coach Helms will be responsible for launching our first MWE franchise based out of the Ft. Smith, Arkansas area.
